The update to Windows 10 (KB5025221) has been released. Not much appears to have changed with the April 2023 cumulative update for Windows, but the update does include numerous bug fixes. If you'd rather not use Windows Update and instead perform a manual installation of Windows 10, Microsoft has provided download links for offline installers of KB5023696.
KB5025221 for Windows 10 is a safety update that will be downloaded and installed automatically unless the Windows Update settings have been altered. You shouldn't expect any major changes or additions in this release, as these'security' updates don't include any of that.

The Windows 10 April 2023 update introduces numerous changes.
The ms-appinstaller URI is undergoing maintenance by Microsoft. For the uninitiated, URIs are the OS-level URls that direct programs like the Settings app to a specific page.
Today's change improves compatibility between ms-appinstaller URI and the DesktopAppInstaller policy. Microsoft has also addressed numerous bugs to improve performance and reduce problems with system apps.

The update also includes a fix for a critical bug in the rpcss.exe program. Microsoft has patched a critical bug it calls a "race condition" that could cause performance issues when the two services interacted.
