Case 1: No option to generate a recovery password When accessing the Control Panel and then going to the User Accounts section on the computer, I do not see the Create a password-reset disk option.

The Create a password reset disk option will only show up for the Local local account to set up a password to access the computer. Case 2: Option does not work  When you click on the Create a password reset option but the password creation process does not appear, the option does not work and only stops at the Forgotten Password Wizard interface.
