We will present the most basic operations to complete this process with Windows operating systems in the following tutorial.
1. Connect Bluetooth devices on Windows 10
To start Bluetooth on a Windows 10 computer, we will have 2 ways: using the keyboard or setting the Bluetooth option in the system settings on Windows 10.
Method 1: Use keyboard shortcuts
Currently, some laptop models support the Fn shortcut + function key from F1 to F12 to turn on or off Bluetooth on the computer.
Method 2: Turn on Bluetooth on a Windows 10 laptop using Action Center
If your computer does not support the Bluetooth function key, we can start it from the Bluetooth settings on the system.

Check if your computer has Bluetooth.
Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on, as shown by the icon in the taskbar.
Make sure that any wireless control software or source is Bluetooth-enabled.
Make sure the Bluetooth-connected device is powered on, and check by looking at its power indicator.
You can press the Connect button on a Bluetooth device to make the speaker shake hands with the Bluetooth adapter on your computer or laptop.

Connecting a USB-RF mouse
The USB-RF mouse connects to your Windows 11 PC via a dongle. To connect to a USB-RF mouse, your PC will have to have an available USB-A port (if not, you can consider using a USB hub). The good news is that Windows will handle most of the setup automatically without you having to do too much.
To get started, flip the switch on your mouse. Each product is different, but there is usually a small switch on the bottom that allows you to turn the mouse on and off as needed. Then, plug your mouse's dongle into your PC's USB-A port.
As soon as Windows 11 starts to connect with the device, a little notice will show in the lower right corner of the screen.
